I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the Body-Ball rolling sessions. I was amazed that I could feel the results immediately. By the time the class ends all the little “aches” are gone and I feel totally relaxed both mentally and physically. I am definitely looking foreword to more sessions.

I knew I "felt" elongated after my Body Ball Rolling Class, but I actually WAS! I measured my height before the class and then again after. I was a 1/2" taller!

At the end of many days my entire left side from the hip to the knee is one big knot. Now that I have learned how to body ball roll, I find I can release the tension and relax. Takes just a few minutes and the change is tremendous.
