Gina Jackson, Pilates Instructor, ThePilatesClub.NetI am so glad you are here!  This site has been a deep labor of love to get started and created and all it needs is you to enjoy it!

 

Created to support the students that work hard in pilates mat classes

Created to support the students that work hard in pilates mat classes with my fellow teachers and myself and that have asked for more time and opportunity to continue working to strengthen their bodies and their practice of Pilates.  Many of us grow accustomed to the voice, inflection and energy of a particular teacher or trainer and want more.  ThePilatesClub.Net is way to have conversation with that teacher, and expand the circle of friends enjoying the work with you.

Check out the MP3 Workouts, developed for use by Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Mat students.  Peruse the comments and of a growing number of people using Body Ball Rolling, as a complimentary therapy for stretching and relaxation and of course, read the growing number of articles on the site, as well as resource downloads from a number of respected industry resources.

The site will evolve as we do.  As a group of pilates mat enthusiasts, your ideas, comments and questions will help to shape the conversation, the dialogue and the exchange.  So take a moment, log in and then be bold and say something!
